Services offered at Good Work Studio include strength classes, stretch and breathe classes, and Hatha yoga. The strength classes take a holistic approach to overall body health and utilise a combination of free weights, body weight resistance training, mobility and flexibility exercises, and elements of yoga and breathwork. These classes are low-impact but challenging and suitable for all levels and stages, including early postpartum and pregnancy. The classes have a maximum of 6 people to ensure individual attention and safety.
Children and babies are welcome in most classes.
The stretch and breathe class focuses on releasing tension through movement and stretching. The class begins with gentle and slow vinyasas to warm up the body before moving into longer, deeper stretches to promote relaxation and openness. Like the strength classes, babies and children are welcome in this class, and it is suitable for all bodies, including pregnancy and postpartum.
Hatha yoga classes at Good Work Studio consist of a strong sequence of postures with an emphasis on breath and mindful movement. The class includes longer holds and slower transitions to allow the body to fully experience each pose.
To stay up to date with Good Work Studio, individuals can subscribe to their newsletter to receive news and updates. The studio provides a 14-day trial offer of unlimited classes for $49 to give newcomers an opportunity to experience all that they offer.
