Welcome to Granite Gym, a top fitness centre located in Rochester, New Zealand. At Granite Gym, we are dedicated to helping our members express the art of fighting through various disciplines, including Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu NoGi, wrestling, boxing, and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts).

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, Granite Gym offers a range of classes to cater to your individual needs and goals. For just 10, you can attend any class of your choice, and if you decide to continue, we also offer a membership option that provides unlimited classes and mat time. Our classes take place in a funky old building that dates back to 1078, adding a unique charm to your fitness journey.

Not a fan of group classes? No problem! Our experienced coaches are available for one-on-one bookings in hour-long sessions, specialising in Muay Thai, weight loss/gain, wrestling, endurance/maintenance for sport readiness, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo, self-defence, and personal training.

To ensure the best experience for our students, we cap our group sessions at a maximum of 20 people. We highly recommend booking your classes in advance through our website, as it helps our coaches plan the techniques used in each session. Additionally, you can use the same link to view seminar times and any last-minute changes due to fights or fun days out.

Our monthly membership option provides unlimited classes, access to our inner circle group chat filled with other students, fighters, and coaches. It also makes it easier to organise fight shows, interclubs, and fun days out.

As a member, personal training sessions are also available at a discounted rate of 30 per hour. Monthly membership costs 80 and is automatically deducted every month on the same day you join.
