She is the director of the Fraser Valley Synchronized Skating section, coaching athletes from beginner to elite levels. Janet Faveri Janet Faveri has been coaching in the skating world for over 20 years. She has coached individual skaters as well as synchronized skating teams at both the recreational and competitive levels.

Janet has a passion for working with young athletes and helping them develop not only their skating skills, but also their teamwork and leadership abilities. Janet is a Skate Canada certified coach and is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment for all skaters. Alyson Quan Alyson Quan has been involved in synchronized skating for over 15 years. She began her synchro career as a skater before transitioning to coaching.

Alyson has a strong background in dance and choreography, which she brings to her coaching style. She is passionate about helping skaters develop their skills, build confidence, and form strong bonds with their teammates. Marina Richards Marina Richards has been coaching synchronized skating for over a decade. She is a former competitive skater herself and brings that experience to her coaching.

Marina is dedicated to helping her skaters reach their full potential, both on and off the ice. She believes in fostering a love for the sport and a strong sense of teamwork in her athletes. Founded in 2016, GVSSC was created from the merger of Pacific Ice Synchronized Skating Club and Coquitlam Ice Evolution Synchro. Despite being a relatively new club, GVSSC has a long-standing history of synchronized skating in BC, with skaters boasting dozens of local and national podium placements over the past 15 years. The club prides itself on providing a positive and supportive environment for skaters to improve their skills both as individuals and as team members.
