Training is tailored to your needs, held at prime local spots. Thursdays at Ormiston Maritime Academy: Vets (35+) train from 6-7pm, followed by Senior mixed (13+) from 7-8pm. Saturdays at Grimsby Institute: Junior training for ages 5-18 kicks off from 9:30-10:30am. 🏑

Frequently Asked Questions
We offer junior training for ages 5 to 15 on Saturdays, plus adult training for vets (35+) and separate men’s and ladies sessions (13+) on Thursdays.
Junior training runs Saturdays 9:30 to 10:30am at Ormiston Maritime Academy. Adult sessions run Thursdays at Ormiston Maritime Academy, including vets (35+) 6 to 7pm and men’s and ladies separate training (13+) 7 to 8:30pm.
