At Grit Pilates, we believe that Pilates is for everybody, and all you need is a bit of passion, perseverance, and grit to get started. Our mission is to make movement accessible and fun, whether you are an elite athlete, recovering from an injury, or starting your movement journey.
In addition to our in-studio classes, Grit Pilates also offers on-demand online Pilates classes that you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home or while you're travelling the world. We understand that life can get busy, so our online classes allow you to stay consistent with your workouts, even if you don't have time to visit a studio or gym every day.

Ange's virtual Pilates sessions were a godsend during the 2021 lockdowns. She overcame the challenges of sessions being completed at home by closely watching each participant over video and providing adjustments.
