Gro-Fit Training is a personal training and rehabilitation centre situated in Ringmer, East Sussex. Bryn Groves, the founder and lead trainer, is a nationally accredited personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and Level 3 assessor, holding both a degree and a Master's degree in science. Bryn's blend of anatomy knowledge, teaching qualifications, and personal training experience makes it possible for him to create bespoke fitness regimes for clients in East Sussex.

At Gro-Fit Training, Bryn focuses on a range of services, including nutritional advice and weight loss, injury recovery (such as hip, back, and knee operations), and addressing underlying health issues through exercise referral. He has trained clients in various sports and activities, from cycling and weight lifting to boxing, martial arts, and triathlons. This broad expertise means he can support clients with diverse goals.

Gro-Fit Training is a family-run endeavour. Bryn is backed by his wife, Jacqui, who manages administrative tasks and assists clients in modifying exercises during challenging classes. His son, Kieran, takes care of the company’s graphic designs, logos, and posters. Together, they ensure every client’s health and wellbeing by listening attentively and paying close attention to detail.

To provide tailored fitness programmes, Gro-Fit Training starts with a free 45-minute initial assessment, with no obligations. During this session, Bryn listens to the client’s goals and crafts a specific programme to meet their needs. Gro-Fit Training holds that every fitness journey is unique and should be treated as such.
