Group classes at YogaRos take place at The Limes Community Centre in Ilford. You can find the centre located at Limes Ave, Chigwell, IG75LP.
If you're interested in joining one of our classes, we have a range of options available throughout the week. On Mondays at 6.20pm, we offer After-Work Pilates in the Small Hall. On Wednesdays at 7.30pm, you can join our Wellbeing Yoga class in the Main Hall. Thursdays have two options: All Levels Pilates at 9.00am and Mindful Yoga at 10.00am, both taking place in the Main Hall.
No matter your level of experience, our classes are suitable for everyone. We warmly welcome newcomers to join us, and the price for their first class is £10. To book a class, simply refer to the schedule below and choose the day and date that works best for you. If you're new to YogaRos, make sure to select the Newcomers Ticket for your first class. Additionally, please email ros@yogaros.co.uk before attending, so we can provide you with any necessary information.
For those unable to attend our in-person classes, we also offer online sessions. Once you've booked a class, you'll receive a confirmation email with a unique Zoom class 'meeting' link. It's important to enter your email accurately to ensure smooth communication. To access the live Zoom class, you have the option to either download the Zoom app or open the link directly in your browser.
