Our sessions consist of a variety of strength and cardio based circuits, utilising equipment, bodyweight, soft sand and (conditions permitting) the water.
Whether you're looking to kick start your fitness, maintain your edge or take it to a new level, my program is guaranteed to help. Guys and girls welcome, all fitness levels welcome! You don't have to be a strong swimmer, a great runner or super strong to join in, every session is catered for all, so no matter what the day, you'll feel like you got the most out of it.
