G Training is proud to offer 24/7 training, allowing members to exercise on their own schedule. Prior to accessing this facility, all members undergo an online orientation with Steve or one of the trainers to ensure they are familiar with the gym's operations and safety protocols.
The gym offers various membership types to suit different budgets. The price list includes options such as a 12-month membership with 24/7 access, a 6-month minimum membership, and shorter-term options. Interested individuals can easily sign up by completing a brief online form.
In addition to the comprehensive training facilities, G Training also offers a range of classes to cater to different fitness interests. Sparring classes provide an opportunity for individuals to practise boxing skills under the guidance of experienced coaches and mentors. Boxing classes are high-intensity sessions designed to burn fat and calories, suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. The gym also offers HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes, known for their effectiveness in fat burning, and junior boxing classes for children aged 8-12, providing a safe environment to learn boxing skills and life lessons.
