Zena’s gym is open every day, welcoming both members and casual users, no need to book in advance for gym and swim sessions anymore – it’s all about flexibility! Just remember to pre-book and pay for exercise classes and football pitches.

New to the gym? Zena offers a free induction to get you started – book it online or give her a call at the centre. You can book all activities 7 or 8 days ahead.

Fancy some swimming lessons? Zena’s teamed up with Swim Wirral for top-notch swimming programmes.

The gym hours are 7:00am to 9:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am to 3:00pm on weekends. Currently, the gym’s changing rooms are under maintenance, so use the main building's facilities.

Got juniors in tow? Kids aged 12+ can hit the gym with Zena. Ages 14+ can go solo, but ages 12-13 need an adult to sign a form during the induction. Unfortunately, under 12s can’t use the gym.

Guinea Gap’s leisure pool has sessions like Parent and Tots, public swims, and Aqua Zumba. Always check the Child Admission Policy before coming. During peak times, there might be queues and session timings to follow.

Prefer a peaceful swim? Zena’s Tranquil Swim sessions are perfect for those who prefer a calm environment, ideal for those with anxieties or health conditions, and are for ages 18+.

The training pool offers adult lane swims, public swims, and aqua jog sessions, with facilities for changing, showers, and toilets available.

Zena also hosts a range of indoor exercise classes, from high-intensity workouts to relaxing stretching sessions, led by skilled instructors, catering to all fitness levels.
