After years in the gymnastics industry, witnessing its positive impact on young people’s lives, Dan decided to take a bold step. That’s when GymForce came to life.

GymForce is a British Gymnastics Club based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. The facility is fully equipped with brand new Gymnova equipment, providing gymnasts with the best gear for training.

A core principle at GymForce is to challenge gymnasts at their own pace, ensuring they are always working towards new skills. The focus is on constant improvement and growth, both physically and mentally.

Besides gymnastics classes, GymForce offers other sessions to suit different interests and age groups. These include tumble and trampolining classes, baby classes, cheerleading, and even 1-2-1 sessions for personalised training.

GymForce caters to all levels of gymnastics. There are spaces for regional and national level gymnasts, who train intensively for 14 hours a week. There’s also an advanced squad training for 6 hours a week. The aim is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for aspiring gymnasts to reach their full potential.

What sets GymForce apart is the personal touch. As a small club, they take the time to know each athlete and their parents. Building strong relationships and creating a sense of community is a priority. They go the extra mile to ensure athletes feel valued and supported.
