Halifax Harriers Athletic Club, established in 1884, is a prominent athletic club located in Halifax, New Zealand. They are affiliated with England Athletics for Track and Field, Cross Country, Road, and Fell running. Membership at Halifax Harriers is open to everyone aged 8 years and above. They have a thriving Junior section that competes across various disciplines, providing young athletes with the opportunity to develop their skills and achieve their athletic goals. The club boasts an experienced coaching team that provides comprehensive training to all members.

The training schedule at Halifax Harriers is designed to accommodate different age groups. For Under 11s, training takes place on Tuesday evenings from 6:00 pm to 6:50 pm. New members are required to arrive at 5:45 pm on their first night. Older members, aged 11 and above, have training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm.

New members are requested to arrive at 6:45 pm on their first night. Senior roadrunners have training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:45 pm, with new members to come at 6:30 pm on their first night.

Halifax Harriers frequently organises various events and competitions for their members. These include the Stanbury Splash – Senior Fell Challenge, Junior Xmas & New Year Handicap, Men's Bunk Barn, Northern Cross Country – East Park Sedgfield, Stockport Daffodil 10k – Senior Road Race Challenge, Windy Hill – Senior Fell Challenge, Pig Racing, and West Yorkshire Track & Field League – Cleckheaton, among others. These events provide members with opportunities to showcase their skills and compete against fellow athletes.

The club also offers the hire of their race clock, providing a convenient solution for organising races and other time-based events.
