With over 40 yoga classes offered each week, we strive to have a class for everybody. From Mom & Baby Yoga to Prenatal Yoga, from Beginner Intro to Yoga to Chair Yoga, we cater to a wide range of needs and interests. We are also one of the only studios in Eastern Canada offering Baptiste Inspired Power Vinyasa Yoga, known for its dynamic sequences and empowering philosophy.

Our skilled instructors are dedicated to helping you tap into new levels of connection, awareness, and health. Our vision is to create an empowered community of Yogis in action who spark change everywhere they go. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or stepping onto the mat for the first time, we are here to support you on your journey.

In addition to our regular classes, we offer workshops, teacher training programs, and corporate programs. Our Halifax Yoga 200-hour teacher training program is a comprehensive 7-month program designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and transform your practice. Whether you plan to teach yoga or simply deepen your practice, our program will give you the knowledge and skills to teach safely and effectively.
