He's passionate about spreading the benefits of Tae Kwon Do, a Korean martial art known for its impressive kicks and dynamic strikes. The Freestyle Karate classes, which focus on self-defence techniques without rigid patterns, are led by Matthew Collingwood, a 2nd Dan black belt and a fully certified MAIUK instructor. These sessions run on Tuesdays.
