Our Lil' Dragons programme is designed specifically for children aged 5 to 6, helping them develop coordination, discipline, and confidence in a fun and engaging environment. For children aged 7 to 9, our Children programme continues to build on these foundational skills, while our Juniors programme is tailored for ages 9 and above. Additionally, we offer specialised classes for adults aged 16 and up, allowing them to hone their martial arts skills and achieve their personal goals.

At Hands Down Academies, we pride ourselves on our experienced and talented team of martial arts instructors. Our instructors have a wealth of experience in various martial arts disciplines and are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential. Many of our students have gone on to become British and World Champions, demonstrating the effectiveness of our training methods.

We offer a range of programmes and pricing options to cater to the individual needs of our students. Our monthly memberships start at 50, which includes one session per week, with each class working out to approximately 12. 50. Alternatively, our Unlimited Monthly membership gives you full access to all set classes, with up to 21 hours of training available per month, at a rate of approximately 3 per class.

Hands Down Academies has two convenient locations in Epsom and Cobham, allowing for easy access and flexibility in training. Our Epsom venue offers classes throughout the week, with varying time slots to accommodate different schedules. Our timetable includes classes for children, juniors, adults, and even a Ladies CrossFit programme for women aged 18 and above.
