Harbor Golf Community Center

Harbour Golf Community Centre (HGCC) is a state-of-the-art 20,250 square foot multipurpose facility located at #1 Lakeside Road in Elbow, Saskatchewan. Thanks to the generous donation from the Harbour Golf Club, this impressive building houses various amenities including the Elbow Palliser Library, a fitness centre, a large auditorium, a meeting room, an outdoor patio, a modern kitchen, a small boardroom, and more.

Funding for the Harbour Golf Community Centre was made possible through the INVESTING IN CANADA INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM (ICIP) in collaboration with the Government of Canada and the Government of Saskatchewan. The Village of Elbow Council Meetings are regularly held in the Council Chambers at the Village Office, with extra meetings called when necessary. Public notice of meeting date changes or special meetings is provided at the Village Office and on the Village website.
