The Harbour City Shotokan Karate club offers classes for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced students. Our classes are structured to provide a balance of physical conditioning, technical instruction, and practical application of techniques. Students will learn traditional forms (kata) and sparring (kumite) to develop their skills and confidence in self-defence situations.
