Hark Yoga

Hark Yoga, located in Ferntree Gully, is a warm and welcoming studio dedicated to offering yoga, healing, and mindfulness to serve the local community. Hark Yoga acknowledges and pays respect to the Traditional Custodians of the land on which their classes, healings, and events take place, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations. They recognise the ongoing connexion that the Traditional Custodians have with the land, waters, and culture, and also pay their respects to the Elders, both past, present, and emerging.

In addition to honouring the land and Indigenous heritage, Hark Yoga also pays homage to the ancient origins of yoga and the Eastern teachers from which this lineage of knowledge derives. They value and respect the Indian and Eastern traditions that have shaped their yoga practise and teachings.
