If you are considering attending, it is important to read the preparations before joining the class. If you are currently menstruating, please kindly inform Narelle as appropriate instructions will be given to accommodate your menstrual cycle. Restorative practices are provided for the first 3 days of your cycle, gradually transitioning back into regular practice over the first 7 days. While it is highly recommended to rest during the first 3 days, you are still welcome to attend the class and follow guidance for a restorative practice or simply sit supported and observe.
To participate in this class, casual attendance costs $30 per session. However, if you're eager to commit to your Yoga journey, you can also pre-pay for 10 classes at the discounted rate of $270. Additionally, Narelle offers individual consultations for $85, providing personalised guidance to enhance your practice.
