The classes take place every Monday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Indigo Yoga, conveniently located at Harpenden Cricket Pavilion. Our experienced and dedicated instructor, who is a mother herself, is thrilled to be back after a career break and is excited to collaborate with Kerry at Indigo Yoga to bring you this fantastic series.
Starting from January, Firefly Yoga will also introduce a new Flow class, perfect for those looking to build strength, flexibility, and fluidity in their practice. Keep an eye out for more exciting classes and events in 2024!
