Hatha Yoga Healing and Massage, located in Steyning, is owned and operated by Eleanor Jane Tovey, a passionate and experienced yoga instructor and massage therapist. With 19 years of yoga practise under her belt, Eleanor's expertise extends beyond yoga to include a wide range of complimentary therapies.

Eleanor has been an Examiner for the Inner Healing School of Yoga in Wellingborough and teaches a foundation course in yoga. She has also developed a successful career as a massage and bodywork specialist, studying techniques from all over the world. Eleanor started her business, Hatha Yoga, in Warwickshire in 2001 and later expanded it to West Cork in Ireland, where she gained a loyal client base.

Currently living and working in West Sussex, England, Eleanor continues to provide her services in massage, bodywork, and yoga teaching. She believes in the power of massage, reflexology, yoga, and self-healing to facilitate optimal health and alleviate pain.

Hatha Yoga is one of the most widely practised yoga styles in the West, focusing on breathing techniques, postures, flowing sequences, and relaxation. Eleanor's passion stems from the profound sense of peace and inspiration that arises from uniting the body, mind, and spirit in the present moment. She strives to create a safe and empowering environment for individuals with varying levels of yoga experience.

Eleanor has extensive experience working with diverse groups, including children, disabled adults, and pregnant women. Her natural ability to facilitate healing through touch has led her to qualify in various massage and healing techniques, such as Deep Tissue Therapeutic massage, Swedish Massage, Thai massage, Pregnancy massage, Indian Head Massage, Angelic Soul Healing, Reflexology, Reiki, and Kwan Yin Channelling.

In addition to her training, Eleanor has completed the 'Awakening Your Light Body' course with Orin and Daben, integrating this inner wisdom with her knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology into her treatments. With a passion for holistic healing, she aims to manifest her dream of establishing a healing centre and assisting others in realising their own dreams.
