Have-A-Go Archery Days

Come and try archery with the Bowmen of Backworth. Throughout the nicer parts of the year, the club runs several free Have-A-Go days where interested players can give archery a shot, regardless of age or experience. No need to book in advance – all necessary equipment and guidance will be provided at the Backworth Hall venue. The events in 2024 are scheduled for the following Saturdays: April 6th, May 4th, June 1st, July 6th, August 3rd, and September 7th. Simply show up between the designated times and follow the signs to the archery range. It's recommended to wear suitable footwear for a grassy field.
