Yoga Teacher Training Kelly completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Serenity Yoga Studio in Windsor, ON. This training has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to guide her clients through yoga practices that promote relaxation, strength, and flexibility.

Reiki Level I & II Certification As a certified Reiki practitioner, Kelly is able to channel the universal energy of Reiki to promote healing and balance in her clients. Reiki sessions with Kelly help to reduce stress, anxiety, and pain, while promoting overall wellbeing and relaxation. Yogi Akal Numerology Training Kelly has been training with Yogi Akal, a Master Numerologist, for the past five years. Through this training, Kelly has gained a deep understanding of the powerful healing properties of numerology and has integrated this knowledge into her holistic healing practice.

Native American Teachings In addition to her formal training, Kelly also practices traditional Native American teachings of the Medicine Wheel. These teachings have deepened her connection to the earth and have enhanced her ability to bring light and healing wherever she goes.
