Our one-on-one training is perfect for those with specific physical needs, pre-hab, late-stage rehab, or those who prefer a truly personalised exercise programme. For a more personalised experience in a group setting, we also offer semi-private group training, where you can receive personalised programming in a controlled, small group environment.
If you prefer a group training style, our fitness sessions are designed to suit everyone's individual needs. Our Morning Circuit Training includes studio-based weights circuits, cardio exercises, foam rolling, and stretching. It's a great way to improve your fitness while enjoying the support and camaraderie of others.
