Our small group training sessions are designed to provide personalised coaching and support in a group environment. Each class is capped at eight people, ensuring individual attention and guidance. If you prefer the flexibility to train wherever and whenever you want, our online programming is the perfect solution. It replicates the sessions at our studio, allowing you to continue your fitness and wellness journey with ease.
When it comes to pricing, we offer several packages to choose from. Our unlimited training membership is available for $85 a week, providing you with unlimited access to our group training sessions. If you prefer a more casual approach, you can opt for our casual class option at $55 per session. We also offer 10 and 20-pack options for those who want to commit to their fitness journey at a discounted rate.
For newcomers, our intro pack at $120 offers four sessions to get you started.
