The yoga classes at Heart of Insight are conducted via Zoom, allowing individuals to participate from the comfort of their own homes. Each class includes a variety of elements, such as dynamic asana (poses), restorative practises, pranayama (breathwork), yoga nidra (guided relaxation), meditation, and chanting. This integrative approach ensures a well-rounded and holistic experience for students.

One of the unique features of Heart of Insight is the provision of recorded classes. After each live session, you will receive a recording that can be done again at your own convenience or at a time that suits you. These recordings are yours to keep for six weeks, enabling you to continue practising and benefiting from the classes even outside the scheduled times.

Heart of Insight offers both casual drop-in classes and an 8-week series enrolment option. The casual rate is $20 per class, while the series enrolment option is $144 for the entire 8-week period, equivalent to $18 per class. The upcoming series will run from November 1st to December 23rd, 2023, with classes held on Thursdays and Saturdays. On Thursdays, the class focuses on gentle yoga, breathwork, and yoga nidra relaxation, while Saturdays offer alignment yoga at a general level, providing a more invigorating experience.

In addition to group classes, Heart of Insight also offers private 1:1 and semi-private classes for those seeking a more personalised and tailored experience. Whether you wish to work on your postural alignment, have specific injuries, or simply prefer individual attention, these private sessions allow for a deeper exploration and growth in your yoga practise. Private classes can be conducted via Zoom from anywhere or face-to-face in Wentworth Falls. The rates for private classes are $90/$80 (concession) for a casual session or $450/$350 (concession) for a 6-week term.

Heart of Insight also offers workshops and intensives throughout the year, typically held during school holidays or weekends. These sessions provide an opportunity for students to delve deeper into their practise and explore new dimensions of their yoga journey. The prices for workshops and intensives vary, ensuring accessibility for all.
