Frequently Asked Questions
We offer Tae Kwon Do (TKD 1 and TKD 2), Self-Defence, Hapkido, Kajukenbo, Group Fitness, and Metkon Morning Fitness, plus private lessons by request.
TKD 1 runs Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00-6:00pm, and TKD 2 runs Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15-7:25pm. Self-Defence is Mondays 6:00-7:30pm, Group Fitness is Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm in the summer schedule, and Metkon Morning Fitness is Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-6:45am.
For By Request sessions, message us to confirm the next session timing. Pre-registration is required for By Request classes, with a minimum of 4 participants to run the class.
