Heartwork Studio supports mind, body, spirit, and space in Northfield. The studio now runs without live yoga, but offers on-demand yoga and barre classes through an online membership with hundreds of pre-recorded options. HeartWork also focuses on LifeRevamp, a guided at-home strength and mindset program with accountability. For the space side, it provides Feng Shui and Home Styling centered on creating a home that feels supportive and restorative.
