If you're looking to deepen your practise and explore more advanced yoga techniques, Flowing Into Stillness with Freya Newbegin is an ideal choice. This session, held on Sunday 14th January 2024, from 5:30pm to 7pm, combines flowing movements with meditative stillness, creating a balanced and harmonious practise.

Heather Yoga also offers unique and transformative workshops, such as the BADDASS Cacao Ceremony with Alis Pelleschi on Saturday 10th February from 4pm to 6:30pm. This ceremonial experience combines the healing power of cacao with guided meditation and sound healing, allowing participants to tap into their inner wisdom and reconnect with themselves on a deep level.

In addition to regular yoga and workshop offerings, Heather Yoga occasionally hosts guest teachers, providing students with the opportunity to learn from renowned experts in the field. An example of this is the Winter Qigong Pop Up with Deborah Grossman on Friday 16th February from 7pm to 8:15pm. Qigong is a holistic practise that combines movement, breathwork, and meditation to cultivate vitality and balance.
