Welcome to PHIIT Club, home of the famous Heavy Haulers Programme, located in Doncaster. Whether you prefer to train individually or in a group, PHIIT Club has the perfect fitness programme for you.
PHIIT CLUB is a state-of-the-art concept gym located at Westfield Doncaster. Members of PHIIT Club receive clear direction, feedback, support, and measurement of their progress each time they train. With extended operating hours, members have the flexibility to access the club seven days a week.
JOIN HAULERS GROUP EXERCISE, our famous group exercise programme, established in 2007, has helped over 10,000 Melbournians achieve their fitness goals. This programme is known for its effectiveness, safety, and engaging style of exercise. Members have unlimited access to trainer-led Haulers group exercise sessions each week.
As a PHIIT Club member, you will have the option to train individually and follow the guided workout system. You can train by yourself or with a partner, and trainers will help co-construct your ultimate weekly routine. They can also prescribe bespoke and modified exercises to help you achieve your training goals.
In addition to Haulers, we also offer trainer-led Ultimate Strength & Conditioning classes, as well as our supreme conditioning programme: PHIITness.
MEMBERSHIP TESTING CAMPS are available for both members and non-members. We offer unlimited Haulers sessions, supervision, coaching, body scans, and an awards programme based on personal effort. You can also book or cancel sessions to suit your schedule.
For the best of both worlds, you can choose the CLUB & HAULERS membership, which includes unlimited Haulers sessions and access to the PHIIT Club with seven days of access.
If you prefer individual training, the CLUB ONLY membership provides access to the PHIIT Club, supervision, and support when manned, body composition scans, and an access pass and training compendium.
Membership prices start at $11. 00 per week, and there is a one-time joining fee of $55. 00. To book a session, you can visit our website or contact us directly.
PHIIT Club is open seven days a week and is located at Carpark Level Blue LM, Westfield Doncaster, 619 Doncaster Road, Doncaster VIC 3108. Parking is available near My Car Tyre And Auto on the Lower Ground (LG) Carpark.
