Heidi Joy Exercise Physiology

Eidi Joy Exercise Physiology provides a range of exercise physiology services predominantly for defence veterans including one-on-one sessions, group training and HIIT classes. Heidi’s services cater to people of all ages and fitness levels.

Heidi has first-hand experience of the unique hardships veterans face. She is passionate about helping fellow veterans improve their physical and mental wellbeing by empowering them to live a healthier and happier life through movement. Heidi’s sessions are always a judgement-free zone, and she encourages her clients not to be too hard on themselves because no-one is perfect.

Heidi has been working in the fitness industry since 2007 and has a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Clinical), Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science, Diploma Remedial Massage, Certificate IV Business Management, Certificate Sports Nutrition and Certificate IV Fitness.
