Heidi Taylor Wellness is a massage therapist and yoga studio located in Verwood, New Zealand. Owned and operated by Heidi Taylor, the studio specialises in teaching yoga, massage therapy, and deep relaxation meditation. With a background in fitness instruction and personal training, Heidi brings extensive knowledge and adaptability to her practise.

Heidi has been practising sports, pregnancy, and Swedish massage for the past 20 years. She also offers Indian Head massage, a beautiful and relaxing treatment. In 2019, she completed her 200-hour Yoga teacher training in Hatha Yoga, and during the lockdown in 2020, she became qualified in the practise of Yoga Nidra. Heidi discovered the many benefits of Yoga Nidra, including increased focus, calmness, patience, and a deeper understanding of herself.

Motivated by her own experiences and healing journey, Heidi decided to open her own Garden Studio, providing a beautiful, calm, and peaceful space for clients to experience movement, relaxation, stillness, and overall well-being. This holistic treatment can be enjoyed on its own or combined with a Yoga Nidra meditation for a deep and nourishing relaxation experience. The treatment involves the gentle application of oil to the face, promoting hydration of the skin.
