Yes, I teach one-to-one somatic yoga therapy sessions as well as small group yoga classes from a bespoke home studio space.
My studio is set on the top of a hill, surrounded by trees and fields, with panoramic views over the Exe Valley, just outside the village of Bickleigh near Exeter and Tiverton.
Yoga therapy is highly individualised and person centred, using ancient philosophy and yoga practices alongside modern physiology and neuroscience to support greater health and wellbeing. Yoga therapy is designed around your specific needs, rather than a one size fits all approach.
