Wednesdays have classes at the Taverham Village Hall, with Fitness Pilates from 9:30 am to 10:25 am, and Fitness Yoga & Pilates from 10:30 am to 11:30 am.

Finally, on Fridays, classes are held at Stafford Hall in Costessey, with Fitness Pilates from 9:25 am and Fitness Yoga from 9:30 am.
