Helen's journey in yoga began in 1999 when she started practising with her mother. Experiencing the transformative effects of yoga, she decided to become a yoga teacher and completed her training with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2004. Since then, Helen's practise and exploration of yoga have deepened. Inspired by various teachers and teaching styles, she combines her knowledge to create unique and enriching classes for her students.
