With a history dating back to 1982, Sifu Paul has been learning this art under the instruction of Grand Master Henry Sue himself. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his structured training programme, ensuring that students not only develop martial arts skills but also learn respect for oneself and others. The focus of the training programme is to equip students with the ability to survive real-world situations, regardless of physical size and strength, by emphasising the balance between yin and yang elements.
Understanding that training should not be all about hard work and Kung Fu, the Oxley branch of Henry Sue's Circular Tong Long organises regular social activities such as Yum Cha and BBQs. These events provide an excellent opportunity for all family members of students to come together, relax, and experience the camaraderie that exists within the school.
The gym welcomes individuals who are interested in learning this art to come in and try a free introductory lesson. The journey through this art may be long, but it all begins with that first step. Training sessions are held at convenient times, with Kung Fu classes on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Tai Chi classes are held on Saturdays from 7:45 am to 9:15 am.
