The studio is founded by Elise Bnard, a passionate individual who has dedicated her life to understanding and helping others achieve optimal health.

Elise's journey towards founding Herba Yoga began with her studies in Human Sciences and Sexology at UQAM, where she gained a deep understanding of the human psyche. Over the years, she has worked with various marginalized populations, further honing her skills and knowledge in holistic health and well-being.

Her love for yoga sparked a new passion in Elise, leading her to become a certified yoga teacher in 2002. Since then, she has continued to expand her expertise by studying various yoga styles, including Kundalini, prenatal yoga, and yoga for seniors and individuals with limited mobility. In addition to her yoga practice, Elise has also pursued training in herbalism, further enriching her holistic approach to health and wellness.
