Hereford Yoga Centre

Hereford Yoga Centre stands as Hereford’s top yoga studio, being the first professional and fully-equipped facility in the city dedicated to the practise of Iyengar Yoga. This non-profit organisation, led by certified instructors, aims to promote health, balance, and well-being through yoga.

David, the founder of Hereford Yoga Centre, invites sports players of all levels to experience the benefits of Iyengar Yoga. Classes cater to all ages and abilities, enhancing flexibility, strength, stamina, and mental focus. For convenience, David has also introduced online sessions that maintain high standards of instruction. Bookings can be made through the Vagaro platform.

The centre offers a range of class options, from beginner to intermediate levels, as well as specialist sessions. Single class passes and cost-effective class blocks are available. There will be a temporary pause in the regular timetable from 22nd December to 7th January. During this period, David will host a special Home Practise course on the evenings of 27th, 28th, and 29th December. Priced at £15 per session or £40 for the full course, these sessions aim to enhance home practice routines.

David is also thrilled to offer an exclusive online course, 'Yama in Asana', led by Jenny-May. This 5-part course delves into yoga’s ethical disciplines through asanas. Participants will have unlimited access to the pre-recorded sessions on a private YouTube playlist, priced at £100 with a pay-as-you-feel option available.
