Hertford Yoga Classes

Join two yoga classes in Hertford on Wednesday and Friday evenings at the Mill Bridge Rooms, The Seed Warehouse, The Wash SG14. The classes are suitable for beginners and cost £12 per session. Limited spare mats are available, so please bring your own if possible. To participate, email the instructor and start your yoga journey. The instructor is a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor and has expertise in Vinyasa flow Yoga, meditation, and Pranayama. Yoga mats are available at the class, and you can purchase one at cost price. Yoga welcomes participants of all genders, races, body shapes, and incomes. While yoga has a connection with Vedanta, the philosophical aspect of Hinduism, the classes are not oriented toward Hinduism. It is a non-religious practice that encourages self-exploration.
