Hibiscus Coast Yoga, located in Auckland, is led by Dil Shroff, a highly experienced and knowledgeable yoga instructor. Dil brings together the best of both Eastern and Western therapies to create a holistic and transformative yoga experience. With certifications as a Master Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, and NLP practitioner, she is also a certified coach for trauma victims. Dil has practised in India and Hong Kong and continues to learn and expand her skills.

Through her sessions, both in-person and online, Dil aims to empower her clients by helping them transcend limiting beliefs, change emotional states, and find balance. She combines a variety of techniques such as NLP, Hypnotherapy, Neurokinesis, EFT, Chakra Therapy, Yoga, Colour Therapy, Bach Flower Essences, Meditation, and Pranayama. Her approach is unique in that she provides practical tools and methods that clients can carry with them even outside their sessions, empowering them to continue their personal growth journey independently.

In addition to her yoga instruction, Dil is actively involved in promoting activities within the community that help individuals destress and find balance. She offers various classes, including Yoga Pranayam and Meditation, Zentangle Art Therapy, Mandala Colouring Groups, and Painting Classes. These activities provide individuals with additional tools and creative outlets to relax, unwind, and foster overall well-being.
