Their full livery service provides a complete solution, with year-round turnout, feeding, mucking out, bedding, exercise, grooming, and more. They also offer a part livery service, giving horse owners access to the schools and dedicated livery yard staff who will perform various tasks to ensure the horse remains in top health.

With 70 acres of year-round turnout, a 60×30m outdoor sand and rubber floodlight arena, a large variety of showjumps, dressage boards and markers, a 20×25m outdoor sand and rubber floodlight arena for lunging, treatment stocks, a clipping area, hose booms, and an Equissage Horse Massage Unit, riders and their horses have everything they need to excel.

High Barn Enterprise also has a tea room on-site, offering a welcoming space for riders to relax and unwind after a day of training.

The farm is home to a variety of livestock, all of which are home-bred and free-range. Their cattle, which include rare breed dexters, are grass and hay-fed, creating exceptional beef. These cattle are used for conservation grazing by the National Trust at Hatchlands Park, allowing visitors to engage with the herd.

Their sheep, mainly rare breed Southdown and Southdown and Jacob crossbreeds, are known for producing rich and flavoursome meat. The farm also houses pigs, including a breeding sow and a Tamworth boar, as well as chickens that offer various breeds and bantams.
