As a life coach, I combine the Co-Active coaching model with breathwork and a body-centred approach. This approach allows clients to reflect deeply on their values, reduce stress, and unlock their fullest potential. I believe in empowering individuals to connect deeply with their physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, allowing them to live life to their fullest potential and with abundance.
I am also a certified yoga instructor, offering private yoga sessions, functional movement sessions, and barre sessions tailored to individual needs. These sessions aim to create balance, build strength and flexibility, achieve mental clarity, and reduce stress and anxiety. Together, we will create a personalised practise that nourishes your body, mind, and soul.

I am passionate about helping individuals prioritise their own well-being and connect with themselves on a deeper level.
