Hiko Hauora

Hiko Hauora is a whānau (family) fitness studio in Paraparaumu that combines gym classes, personal training, and massage therapy. It is set up as a welcoming, inclusive space for all ages and abilities, including people with rehab needs, mobility needs, and different fitness stages. The organisation supports Māori, Pasifika and Rainbow communities and focuses on exercising safely while working toward personal health and wellness goals.
