Welcome to Hills Pilates House, a boutique Reformer Pilates studio nestled amongst the gum trees in the heart of Kalamunda. With a focus on providing a warm, inviting, and judgement-free environment, Hills Pilates House aims to empower the community to move their bodies with confidence.

At Hills Pilates House, our small classes are crafted with care to give every client the extra attention they deserve. Whether you are new to Pilates or have been practising for years, there is a class suitable for everyone. Our experienced and friendly instructors are here to guide you through each class, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

One of our signature classes is Foundation Moves, which is recommended for all clients who have not attended Pilates before or have had a long break. In this class, you will learn the foundational movements on the reformer, how to use the equipment safely, and how to get the most out of your workout. Classes run for 50 minutes.

For a full-body workout, our Reformer classes are the way to go. Using the reformer machine and occasional props, these classes are designed to challenge both beginners and regular participants. Different progressions are offered, allowing each individual to work at their own pace and level of difficulty.

If your goal is to improve mobility without overlooking strength and endurance, Reformer Flow is the class for you. This class aims to get you warmed up and then really stretch and work your spine and muscles. We recommend adding at least one Flow class to your weekly routine, regardless of whether you are a beginner or a regular participant.

For those aged 55 and above, we have the Reformer Mobility class coming soon. This slow and low-impact class is specifically designed to promote balance, strength, and mobility, while reducing aches, pains, and stiffness commonly associated with ageing. If you are interested in this class, please email us to be the first to know when it becomes available.

For a high-intensity, cardio-focused workout, we offer Reformer Jump. This class brings the Cardio-Tramp Rebounder into your routine, transforming your workout into an invigorating cardio session. The soft landing surface ensures a safe and effective experience.
