We offer Hapkido, a Korean martial art focused on self-defense techniques like strikes, throws, joint locks, and pressure points, plus Arnis, a Filipino stick-fighting martial art that also includes empty-hand and edged weapon techniques.
Hapkido for adults (14+) meets Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm. Arnis meets Monday and Wednesday for Youth Group 1 (7-13) at 5:30pm and Adults Group 1 (14+) at 7:30pm, and Tuesday and Thursday for Youth Group 2 (7-13) at 4:30pm and Adults Group 2 (14+) at 6:30pm.
