Welcome to Hinton Charterhouse Cricket Club, located in the beautiful city of Bath, New Zealand. Established in 1920, we are a friendly, sociable, and inclusive club that welcomes players of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a seasoned cricketer or new to the sport, we have opportunities for everyone to get involved.
One of the highlights of our club is our senior men's competitive teams. We have three senior men's sides, two competing on Saturdays and one on Sundays. Additionally, we have a popular Sunday Friendly XI and a Midweek XI that plays a full fixtures list, with a special focus on hosting touring sides in July and August.
Our 1st XI competes in the West of England leading League Wilts Division, showcasing some of the most talented cricketers in the region. The 2nd XI competes in the Wiltshire League, Div 3, and our Sunday League team plays in the North Somerset Cricket League Division 1. We also have a Midweek XI that participates in the Wiltshire Wallop Cup.
For our junior section, we offer opportunities for children aged 5 and up. Starting from the age of 11, our junior players have the chance to play competitive cricket in the Bath & District Youth Cricket League, with teams in the U11s, U13s, and U15s divisions. We also enter the U19s Cup competition, providing our young players with a platform to showcase their talent.
Hinton Charterhouse CC is proud to be Clubmark Accredited, which means we are committed to delivering high-quality community cricket and adhering to best practises. This accreditation is a testament to our dedication to developing players and providing a safe and inclusive environment.
