Hockey NSW affiliated Clubs and Associations host a number of free Come and Try programs around the state each year.

These programs are designed to get people involved in hockey in a safe and controlled environment. Most equipment is generally provided and the sessions are designed for beginner experience levels. 

Come and Try days are a great way to take your first steps into hockey!
