Hockey Sud Ouest - HSO is a community-focused youth hockey club based in Montreals Sud-Ouest area. We believe that hockey is more than just a sport it is a tool to help children develop skills both on and off the ice. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for kids in Cote Saint-Paul, Griffintown, Petite Bourgonne, Pointe St-Charles, Saint-Henri, and Ville-Emard to play hockey.

Whether your child is looking to play for fun or to reach double letter levels, we have programs suitable for all skill levels. For the 2023/2024 season, we are offering categories for children born in M5 (2019-2020), M7 (2017-2018), M9 (2015-2016), M11 (2013-2014), and M13 (2011-2012). At HSO, we are committed to making hockey enjoyable for all participants. We aim to instill fundamental team values such as commitment, respect, and responsibility in our players. For those looking to enhance their skills, we also offer extra classes in Skills and Power Skating.

We are dedicated to making hockey accessible to all children in our community, regardless of their background or abilities. Financial assistance, equipment support, and car-pooling arrangements are available for those in need. Our goal is to ensure that every child who wants to play hockey has the opportunity to do so.
