Hockley Boxing Club offers coached boxing training in Rochford, with sessions for amateur boxing and structured sparring practice. The club supports boxers aged 10 to 40 to develop technical skills, fitness and competition readiness under England Boxing regulations. Alongside amateur training, Box Fit classes deliver high energy conditioning for ages 6 plus, plus 1:1 boxing coaching for individual technique and goal-focused fitness. The club is based at Unit 2c, Swaines Industrial Estate.
