Have you heard about Steve's new initiative at Hockley Gym? Located conveniently at Unit 1 Eldon Industrial Estate in Hockley, SS5 4AD, Steve has ensured the facility is open every day from 4am to 11pm. Reception and supervised hours are also available Monday to Saturday mornings (9:30am to 12) and Monday to Thursday evenings (3pm to 7pm).

Steve has tailored flexible monthly memberships so everyone can find a plan that suits them best. Rolling monthly payments or an annual plan for more savings – the choice is yours. The gym is stocked with a wide array of resistance machines, chest presses, hack squats, lat pull-downs, leg curls – you name it, they have it. There’s also a dedicated 20-piece cardio area with bikes, rowing machines, ski ergs, cross-trainers, and running machines.

Steve has set up a functional area too, complete with ab and stretch mats, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more. Boxing bags, pull-up bars, and a large free weights area are also available for those who like to mix things up. You'll find everything from bench presses to squat racks and a range of dumbbells from 1 kg to 55 kg.

Accessibility is key at Hockley Gym – everything is on one level, with wheelchair-accessible equipment for an inclusive fitness experience.

Steve has also arranged for personal training options. Whether it's weight loss, muscle building, athletic conditioning, or nutritional guidance, the personal trainers will craft a programme just for you.
